The original title for this little piece is, “Thirty-eighth Annual Catalogue of Officers and Pupils of Friendsville Academy” which was located in Friendsville, Tennessee and is dated 1893-1894. There is a listing of the Trustees, faculty for 1893-‘94 and 1894-‘95 and the students for the various years in residence. There is a catalog of the courses of study and alumni. This is the product of the Quaker Society in the Friendsville area of Tennessee. This Quaker Society was established in this area in 1808 as the Newberry Monthly Meeting. The name was later changed to Friendsville Monthly Meeting about 1875.
